Charting Page

The Charting page displays a graphical representation of sales, commissions, and cancels, which are broken down as Instant, Fast Play, draw, and total sales (the sum of each game type's sales that week).

NOTE: The color of the “Currently viewing:” message below the title of the report will change between blue and red depending on the following:

A check box is provided that allows a simple comparison with the same date range in the previous year.

The chart is user-interactive, and data lines may be turned on and off by clicking on their representation within the key to the right. In this way, the user may view representations of specific data lines, or comparisons of single categories.

What You Can Do

If you are logged in as a corporate account user and have selected a retail location, the default display option is Location Totals.

If you have changed the default display option, select Location Totals to display totals for the retail location.

If you are logged in as a corporate account user and have not selected a retailer location on the Menu bar, the page displays totals for all authorized locations.

If you are logged in as a corporate account user and have selected a retail location, select Corporate Totals to display roll-up totals for all authorized locations.

If you are logged in as a corporate user, select a retail location, and then select Location Totals to display the location's totals.

Click next to the Start Date field and select a start date from the calendar.
Click next to the End Date field and select an end date from the calendar.

To compare your current data with the previous year's data, select the Previous year? checkbox under the Controls section in the data key.

You can add or remove data lines from the current chart by left clicking on their representation in the data key. Once removed, a line can be re-added by clicking again on it's representation in the key.
